well, for me as a modern society, i dont have either a laptop or a desktop. but soon i should have. but as a student(information technology) i preferred to use desktop, it is convenient to us to make programs with the use of its keyboard. while on the laptop, it is not easy for typing. yet, laptop can take you anywhere but are you sure ur safe to expose it on the others, maybe it will snatch it. for desktop, it is very safe in your home. the laptop is only 2 gb of memory while on the desktop it was upgraded until to 4 gb of memory. so better to use the desktop.
if you are a modern type of a person, and if you want to be socialized, preferred to use laptop especially for business minded person..
we as a programmer,, we preferred to use a desktop..
They are the same. Notebook/Laptop
The only difference between a Laptop and a Notebook is which manufacturer is calling it by which name. Apple calls theirs "Notebook"" and the other Windows PC vary from one model to the next.
A "Netbook" IS different as it is much smaller and does not have the performance or accessories that a "Normal" Laptop/Notebook has.
No, a notebook and a laptop are exactly the same item. It's simply a matter of terminology
