The formula bar is where formulas are typed and where you can see what is in a cell. The name box shows a cell reference, or names of cells or ranges.
What is the difference between a pub and a resto bar?
If there is a formula in the active cell, then the formula will be displayed in the formula bar and the result of the formula will appear in the cell.
I think there is no difference between them. They just do it to get your money.

There is nothing in Excel called a cell name bar. However, there is a cell name box, located to the left of the formula bar.
The Formula Bar is next to the Name Box, but doesn't necessarily include the Name Box.
