That depends what "it" is. If "it" is a roast, ham, or chicken, it well take around twenty to thirty minutes longer, if not more. If "it" is cake, check at ten minutes longer.

To bake something at 375 vs 450 degrees would cause it to go up to 45 to 60 minutes. At a lower temperature, the center of the food may remain uncooked.

Yes. But keep in mind that the energy at 375 and the energy at 325 aren't that much different. If you convert the temperatures to Kelvin then the difference in energy is only 6% (463k vs. 491k) so your time will only increase by 3 minutes. This does not guarantee that the flavor will be the same, only that the temperature in the center should be similiar.
