Sacagawea spoke two fluent languages: Hidasta, and Shoshone. She probably spoke only a few words of English and french, being around the English and french a lot. If you want to learn more, there is a really good book called SACAJAWEA written by Anna Lee Waldo. Its a documentary of a sort, and its very good. Its really thick, but its worth it.
