Yes, Sadly Justin Bieber recently got news that poor Miss Avalanna Routh has passed away on 9/26/12. Early that morning the little angel lost her battle with cancer :'( pray for her and her family.

Avalanna Routh was a 6-year-old girl with rare case of cancer which she suffered with since being a baby. For as long as her family can remember, she's been calling herself "Mrs Bieber" - the wife of Justin Bieber. One of her biggest wishes for Valantine's Day earlier this year, was that she get to spend the day with her 'husband'. After many messages being sent back and forth to the Bieber Crew via Twitter, with the help of fellow Beliebers, Avalanna got her wish. Justin met up with her in New York and spent the rest of the afternoon talking, playing games with her. Later that day, he even tweeted that meeting Avalanna was "one of the best things" he'd done and was "feeling inspired" by her, ending the tweet with a hashtag "#MrsBieber" which trended worldwide in less than 2 minutes, raising even more awareness about the brave six year old.

Since then Avalanna has been a part of Justin's life in many ways. He always likes to make her feel special by doing even the littlest things. For example, he brought her along to one of his secret shows in London, and made her the OLLG (one less lonely girl). He gave her flowers and sang and danced for her right there on stage in front of awe-struck Beliebers cheering her on. I don't even know which other celebrity does that for any of their fans, speak less of the less unfortunate ones. Justin is really special and caring and this emphasis that characteristic even more. Only just recently, Justin kissed Avalanna on the lips and even gave her an engagement ring, just to make their marriage just that little more official to the world. No matter what he wants to make her feel loved and beautiful because she is.

This is a quote from Justin about Avalanna. "She means the world to me; I feel she is one of my biggest fans. She has a very rare condition where she's really not gonna make it much longer. It kinda hurts sometimes that I fear I might not be able to see her again." This is so sad, not only for Avalanna's case but for the rest of the cancer victims out there.
