I'm not sure that you can use walnut oil to lose stomach fat. (Logically, if it worked, thousands of people would be doing it and it would be recommended by doctors etc... Since that is not happening, it's fairly likely that it does not work for that purpose. ) Unfortunately there is no quick fix for weight loss.
