The spinosauraus was arguably bigger than the T Rex. The sail on its back would not be good because as soon as its sail hit the ground it would break its back and die. Spinosauraus was much larger than the gigantaraptor.
Its Spinosaurus then the Second is Giganotosaurus and the 3rd is Tyrannosaurus
Gigantosaurus is a poorly known herbivorous dinosaur, and is not to be confused with Giganotosaurus. Giganotosaurus is the third largest carnivorous dinosaur known, behind Spinosaurus and Carcharodontosaurus.
No. Carcharodontosaurus was about 14m long, slightly smaller than giganotosaurus and 4m smaller than spinosaurus. Hieght wise it was about the same as giganotosaurs and T-Rex but shorter than spinosaurus. Its weight was around 7-8t, similar to giganotosaurus, more than T-Rex but less than Spinosaurus.
Some scientists say Spinosaurus, but most say that Giganotosaurus was the biggest theropod.
Spinosaurus has had many misleading interpritations (such as in Jurassic park and more recently, primeval). Giganotosaurus was the largest carnivorous dinosaur (spinosaurus was actually just a scavanger and much smaller than a t-rex)
The four biggest theropods are as followed. 1-Spinosaurus 2-Giganotosaurus 3-Carcharodontosaurus/T-Rex are currently tied for third place. 4- Allosaurus
carcharodontosaurus
I never. Spinosaurus and Giganotosaurus are wayyy bigger than the rex.
the spinosaurus was the biggest and the second biggest was the giganotosaurus
Giganotosaurus spinosaurus carcharodontosaurus and allosaurus.
The largest carnivore found so far is a mystery. Although Tyrannosaurus is the smartest, strongest and quickest of all large carnivorous dinosaurs, it wasn't the largest. Some dinosaur experts say Giganotosaurus is the biggest of all flesh-eating dinosaurs. Others think Mapusaurus is the biggest. Recent discoveries show that the North American Saurophagonax is the worlds biggest dinosaurium carnivore. Most people agree that Spinosaurus holds the new record
The most massive carnivorous dinosaur was Spinosaurus aegyptiacus, which had a mass of 7 to 20 tons, depending on the estimate. Runners up are Carcharodontosaurus, Giganotosaurus, and Tyrannosaurus.
