Green beans lose about 20% of the weight when roasted. You therefore need to roast 19-20 ounces of green beans to have 1 pound of roasted beans.

There is no loss of weight when grinding, so 1 pound of roasted beans will produce 1 pound of ground coffee.

There are approximately 3200 whole coffee beans in a one pound bag of whole bean coffee. Note however that many bags of coffee are actually 12oz, and not 16oz. Also it should be noted that a bag of coffee beans almost always contains chaff, that is, beans which have been damaged to some extent. A recent unpublished analysis by the author revealed that about 25-35% of a bag of coffee contains chaff. So while it's true that approximately 3200 whole beans weigh a pound, there are certainly much fewer whole beans in an actual pound of coffee. In effect, one might expect something on the order of 2240 undamaged whole beans in a one pound bag of coffee beans, or 1680 undamaged whole beans in a 12oz "pound" of coffee.
