They would get drunk very quickly. Also since children develop habits more quickly than adults, they would be a lot more likely to become an alcoholic later in life. It could also cause developmental problems (brain damage, learning disabilities).
If a child drinks a small amount of beer, it causes them to throw up and make them sick. I don't know if it is poison to little kids (Under 18) but when your at the age 18, you can drink beer. I absolutely know age 12 and under kids can get really, really sick if they drink beer.
The most immediate result is the 13-year old getting drunk. After that, it depends. Strictly speaking, one beer shouldn't be a medical problem. But it's well know that people who start to drink alcohol early are far more likely to develop alcohol problems.
Many things can occur, including lack in development, up to death if the child takes too much (more or less 50 ml).
He'd probably get beat by his parents. Or, he may start an early life of drinking towards liver damage.
They are likely to become intoxicated very quickly.
It depends how much is consumed.

No.
If a kid drinks an energy drink, it will most likely do nothing unless you drink several at once. I wouldn't recommend it though, as it isn't the healthiest thing to drink.
