A fault occurs by 2 plates sliding along each other and then breaking.
A through fault on a transformer is one that causes large flows of power through that transformer to a "downstream" faulted location.
because when ever fault current occurs then the cable wont get damaged due to cable armored earthing to the gland for fault current to pass through groung
An earth-fault loop is the path taken by the fault current, when an earth-fault occurs within an electrical installation, and comprises a series circuit made up ofthe utility company tranformer's low-voltage winding, the utility company's distribution cable's line conductor, the consumer's line conductor to the point of an earth fault, the consumer's earthing conductor, and the resistance of the earth path back to the transformer. The combined opposition of this series circuit to the flow of fault current is termed the earth-fault loop impedance, expressed in ohms.
The item for which the LED indicates is in a fault condition. Since there exist many brands of PLCs, there are many conditions indicated such as BUS FAULT, SYSTEM FAULT, I/O FAULT, COMMUNICATION FAULT, and many others.
what is the fault in the transformer, it trips when it is charged.it is charged through the 100 amps MCCB.
generally tertiary wndng is delta .if one point of this delta is earthed(through a CT) then it is not a earth fault. thansformer will operate normally. now if a second point(or any point on the delta winding) is earthed (earth fault) then the fault current will be sensed by the said ct.and Transf will tripped. Through fault is secondary side limited fault which can not be recognized by overcurrent relay as their value is very low.
The San Andreas Fault is the fault line that runs through Haiti.
no julia its not your fault we will get through this together girly
Belair fault
San Andreas fault passes through California
If a fault or intrusion cuts through an unconformity, the fault or intrusion is younger than all the rocks it cuts through above and below the unconformity.
