The process that allows perspiration to cool the body are transpiration and evaporation.
Our bodie's natural cooling system is through sewating. When water evaporates, it takes energy in the form of heat from another source, giving it the ability to turn into water vapor. Our bodies produce sweat, as the liquid to cover the skin. When this liquid evaporates, it takes heat away, our bodies being the source of the heat. This leaves the skin feeling cooler.
In hot weather the body sweats to cool off, and in cold weather we shiver to heat ourselves up. The temperature balance isn't very noticeable, but those are our natural ways of balancing temperature.
The process that allows perspiration to cool the body are transpiration and evaporation.
Evaporation
The process of cooling off or stabilizing the body following perspiration is called thermoregulation. It allows the body to maintain its core internal temperature.
the natural process of heated bodies using evaporation to cool bodies is caused by cooling down of the warmed bodies
The Muscular System supports the body and allows it to move.

This is evaporation.

Oxygen
Evaporation
Sweat glands
The sweat evaporates and cools the skin.

Homeostasis your welcome :)
Cotton - it allows the sleeper's body to 'breathe' - and lets air flow around the body - keeping it cool.
mitosis of body cells
Evaporation. It is as the sweat droplets evaporate from your skin that your body cools off.
