Why choose hr as your specialisation?

Right from the beginning of my PGDBM program/ , I was strict to choose Human Resource as my specialization. I wanted to get expertise into this field. Then i attended several workshops during the program. Then after going to these workshops, I came to realize the actual concept of Human Resource.

And i found that my skills, value and personality matching very closely with this field. I can do better perform here either choosing other field.

There are many reasons, why we study HRM. First of all, this is one of the emerging fields after IT. Secondly, organizations have understood that how employees are important to them and how they can efficiently and effectively capitalize their human capital. In order to learn this, the study of HRM has emerged as an important area of business.

the most amazing resource is human resource. Because it can manage all other resource to accomplish organizational goals. It can innovate, chance according to the environment why we should manage human resource well

A person might choose HRM as a course of study if they desire a management position in the health field. HRM stands for Health Resources Management. Nurses might take this course after they finish their other health courses.

You are not forced by the University while choosing your specialization. Human Resource is chooses by the students due to interest and job trends.
