Mohs hardness is not really convertible to Rockwell hardness. The hardness tested by the Mohs scale is the ability of a mineral to scratch or be scratched another mineral. Rockwell hardness is more for the testing of metals by an indenting probe under specific pressures.

You can't, you have to measure it or use an estimate off a table giving hardness numbers for various materials.
