Design the pivot correctly. And make sure the cord to the fan motor is long enough.
If you mean to continue to turn, then you need 1) either a second motor or a power takeoff on the fan motor to keep it going,
and 2) a method to allow the power to flow ... slip rings are one good way.
Fans are either fitted with standard motors with field and armature windings, or shaded-pole motors. Shaded pole motors are almost impossible to burn-out but have little torque and they have only field windings. For an explanation of how shaded-pole motors work, see the link.
An exhaust fan will rotate in either direction depending on which way you want the airflow to go.
It is a fitting with the motor screwed on at the top, and the base is wide enough to stop it falling over.
clockwise as you look at it.
It takes 24 hours to rotate 360 degrees so it takes one 360th of 24 hours to go through one degree. 4 minutes. It takes the earth 4 minutes to rotate one degree, since it takes 24 x 60 minutes to rotate 360 degrees. 24hrs. x 60 min/hr.= 1440 minutes/360 degrees. 1440 divided by 360 = 4 minutes/1 degree.
I think it is .036
Those two directions are 90 degrees apart. (Or 270 if you compare them the other way around.)
The softening temperature of polypropylene is 150 degrees Celsius. Its melting point is between 160 and 170 degrees Celsius.
The unit of measure used to determine absolute location is degrees and minutes of latitude and longitude. The Earth has 360 degrees at the equator.
No a pigeon can not rotate its head 360 Degrees

Rotate 360 degrees
A shape can usually be rotated through a full circle of 360 degrees.
72 degrees
Rotating a regular five-sided (or five-bladed) object by 72 degrees will produce a congruent position. (360/5)
I rotate it 180 degrees.
Rotate 360 degrees
Multiply it by the identity matrix.
360 degrees in 24 hours means 15 degrees per hour.
Yes, one of the very few examples in nature of a 360 rotational mechanism.
