Depends on what "young" means. I'm 12 year old boy and I like boys my age too.

Most 12-year-olds hang out with their friends of around the same age so it isn't hard to do. Just make friends in school.

If you are a girl and want a boyfriend then 12 is a little too young for relationships, but you can still hang out with the boys a break time and maybe after school.

a 12 year old girl can get a boys attention by looking at the boy often and the boy catching her, the trick is that the girl wants the boy to catch her looking at him so he can know theres something going on and walking infront of the boy variouse times to make sure the boy is looking at her so he can notice something about her he likes and if he does find anything he likes he'll try to get her attention and it goes back and forth from there untill they start talking and they take it from there:)
