When you hate someone especially an ex husband then they are winning by making you use up all your energy which you could use to achieve greater things in life for yourself. A good quote one should live by is 'Forgive that person; if you do not then they own you.' You are the one that is strong and can achieve anything you want to do in life so get busy and do it! Stop sitting around and mulling over the past regarding your ex husband and learn from the mistakes you have both made. One day you will meet that special person you truly deserve, but hate makes you bitter and if you become so bitter against your ex husband you may well miss great opportunities of meeting some special man in the future.

∙ 13y agoWhen you tell him you're sorry and try to make up. Remember that saying sorry doesn't necessarily mean you regret saying or doing something. It just means you value the relationship more than your ego :)

∙ 12y agoFirst, talk with them to make sure your anger is valid; it may have been a misunderstanding that can be cleared up. If it is valid, and you want them back, try therapy; talking it out with a mutual friend would work best. A day at the spa could also help; treating yourself to that comfort may be useful in diminishing your feelings of anger or resentment.

∙ 12y agoYour "ex" can not stop hating you, until you guys can be friends. Hate is when there are no endorphins being released, and your brain starts to see that person as a negative object, causing hate.
Be nice to him/her, don't cause drama, and most important, know that you guys will never get back together, let that love disappear.
If she is jealous, meticulous, pyshco.... sorry bro, no cure but time.
If he is controlling, angry, abusive, get a father figure involved asap.
