Can a 11 year old date a 15 year old?

Legally there is nothing to stop it, but it is a bad idea. Any sexual contact with someone under the age of 13 is a Federal crime. Actually, the 15 year old could be charged with sexual abuse should sex take place. And even if it didn't, all the eleven year old would have to do to get them in big trouble is hint that something happened.

If your parents agree but no sex until both have reached age of consent or the 16yo can find herself in juvenile court. And although a 11yo boy can find himself in the beginning of puberty or pre-puberty you will have very little in common when it comes to dating since he is very much a child at 11.

There are no laws for dating so that is up to the parents. As a parent I would say no though since it's strange that a kid that is more adult than child and that far in puberty has a romantic interest in a 11yo. He could be a pedophile since they are interested in prepubescent children. I would not allow them to date. If you with date include sex that is out of the question for both of them until they have reached age of consent in the state.
