No and No. There are a million guys in this world, why her cousin? I live in TN, and I've taken road trips down baaaaaack roads in itty-bitty towns. Trust me, inbreeding is NOT pretty Gross!!!!!!!!!!!!!Anytype of blood relation can be considered incest. No its not ok but there is not legal statute guarding against it, it is more a moral issue. It is frowned upon heavily and will not make for an easy relationship. With all the people in the world why complicate your life and date someone related to you. People will shun them and make them feel downright filthy. Rightfully so as blood relations only mix for a medical reason.....transfer/fusion....
