An uncle on your mother's side would be a maternal uncle, where an uncle on your father's side would be a paternal uncle. However, in most cases, English speakers do not make a distinction, calling the brother of either parent simply an uncle.

You are not related to your uncles wife sister. However some may think an aunt
The English language does not contain a specific term to describe a relationship between you and your nephew's wife. The culture does not consider her to be related to you. Most aunts and uncles would merely call her "my nephew's wife."
I call them my uncles

Your cousin in law
There is no specific relation. They're just a distant relative. But if you are very close to them, you would often call them your cousin, even though that isn't the case.
your second cousin- in law or by her name lol
Not genetically, they are your aunt as in family but you do not share and blood with them.
Your aunts and uncles are the sisters and brothers of your parents. So they are "blood related." But you also call the husband of your mother's sister your uncle, and he is not "blood related." So aunts and uncles are not always really related to you.
Your parent's brothers are your uncles and your parent's sisters are your aunts.
