Honestly, dreams can mean anything. Some people say that dreams can sometimes be trying to tell you something. That their a sign that something needs to change in your life. That could be true, it could mean that you still have feelings for that girl, or it could just be random. Usually it's random if you have no feelings for you ex when you talk yo her or see her.
