At 18, almost all jobs are open to you under any conditions.

At 21 you may work jobs involving alcohol sales.

At 35 you may work as a President or Vice President of the United States.

There are no laws about dating in Tennessee. Never have been any put in place. There are laws about children having sexual contact. Some of those are enforced based on age differences between the two. But if both are over the age of consent, the age difference doesn't matter.
