I probably shouldn't say this. But if you want to, and she wants it- then work away. The law here were I live says 18. But people seem to forget that girls and guys get sexually responsive years beforehand. Its just nature. And no government law can change that.

With another person you have to have reached age of consent for any sexual activity.
