When the narrator kills the old man, whom he has been nursing for some time due to his vexing old eye the climax occurs. This continues while he dismantles the old man body after suffocating him in a mattress and then placing the remains under the floor board of the bed.
In 'The Tell-Tale Heart,' the events leading up to the climax include the narrator's growing obsession with the old man's "vulture eye," which eventually drives him to plan and execute the murder. The narrator's increasing agitation and paranoia coupled with the sound of the old man's heartbeat under the floorboards build tension and culminate in the climactic moment when the narrator confesses his crime to the police.
Personally, I think that there are two:
I should note though that most people say that the climax is only #2.
Additional Analysis:Where the problem arises in identifying the climax of the story is attention to detail. Poe's "Tell Tale Heart" is the story of the killer and his guilt, not the story of a murder. The murder is simply the vehicle by which the guilt of the murder becomes apparent. Therefore, the climax occurs when the murderer confesses to the police his crime.
I believe its when Poe is being interrogated by the police and he jumps up and proclaims that the body is stashed under the floorboards.
the narrator sneaks into the old man's bedroom every night to get a look at the eye because he says that the eye looks like a vulture's eye
The falling action is the narrator attempts to dispose of the land lord's body.
The killer's confession, because of the guilt he felt in killing an innocent man. To me the beat that he heard beating was his owns conscience speaking from way under.

Other than the title, The Telltale Head being a play on The Telltale Heart the similarities lie in The Telltale Heart having the narrator, who is presumably the murderer, being haunted by the sound of the victim's beating heart. Bart, who is also the narrator of The Telltale Head briefly, is haunted by the voice of Jebidiah Springfield.
The climax in the story of the best night out with dad is the moment of highest tension or drama when the protagonist and their dad have a heart-to-heart conversation, leading to a deeper understanding and connection between them. It is the peak of emotional intensity and a turning point in their relationship.
