In Act III, Scene 1, Mercutio was the first one to mention fighting. Eventually, Tybalt stabs Mercutio.
Paris. After Paris talks to Capulet, he gets Mrs. Capulet to break the news to Juliet. Clearly she and Juliet have not previously discussed the question of marriage (she is only thirteen) when she says, "How stands your disposition to be married" and Juliet replies, "It is an honour that I dream not of." Mrs. C then tells her that Paris is interested in marrying her.
It is Romeo's friend Mercutio, killed by Juliet's cousin, Tybalt.
Paris asks Juliet's father for permission to marry Juliet. Romeo asked Juliet instead. (Actually she offered before he asked)
Juliet's Nurse knows about the marriage. She brings Juliet the message of when and where it will be, and later brings a rope ladder so that Romeo can climb to Juliet's balcony so that the lovers can spend their first night together. Juliet's Nurse is the only other person that knows about Juliet's marriage. The nurse the person that brings the letter that Romeo sends to Juliet.
The first character to die in Romeo and Juliet is Mercutio, who is killed in a fight with Tybalt. This leads to a chain of tragic events in the play.
The character of Capulet comes across in the first scene because it was when Romeo realized that Juliet was a Capulet.
Juliet reacts in a negative way, because she is secertively married to romeo. Paris is not an enemy of the Capulet's but romeo is
