Not exactly. You see, Iron Man doesn't have to be close to Darth Vader to kill him. If you have seen the movie iron man destroyed a tank with a 5 inch mini missile. Now yes Darth Vader can block that but he can't block iron man's chest beam.

At first, most people would say Superman. But Iron Man would win if you actually think about it harder.

First, lets compare them.

Superman

Powers and abilities: Superhuman flight, Superhuman speed, Superhuman strength, Superhuman hearing, X-Ray vision, icy breath

Intelligence: Smart

Iron Man

Powers and abilities: Super strength, flight, super speed, weapons of mass destruction

Intelligence: Genius

Superman isn't completely invincible, so Iron Man can shoot many lasers, bombs, and missiles at him. He can also outsmart Superman. Iron Man can also design a suit of kryptonite.....and Superman is dead.

Batman, Because he has tons of gadgets. He most likely packs a EMP or knows how to make one. He can easily wait till' Iron man is high in the air and use the EMP and watch Iron Man fall to his death. One must also realize that Batman has also created several power-armors. These armors allowed him to go toe to toe with the likes of Superman and Dark Seid, arguably two of the most powerful comic book characters of all time. Both characters have considerable money; both characters have significant tech; both characters have genius level IQs; both are defined by traumatic experiences. But here is where they are, again, different. Stark suffers from Alcoholism and PTSD; these eventually cause him to surrender the mantle of Iron Man, handing it over to Warmachine. While Batman may suffer from an occasional flash back to his parents' deaths, this never interfere with his abilities. Batman is significantly more dedicated to justice when compared to Ironman. Batman only surrenders his mantle when he becomes to old to continue. So Ironman, without the tech, money, and gadgets is a really smart individual and who is in really good shape. Batman, without the tech, money, and gadgets is a really smart individual who is in the same shape as an Olympian and is also the best martial artist/ninja in the world. Now, Ironman does has significant advantages. If Batman is caught off guard, or is unable to deploy his own suit of power armor, he may not win. He may be able to call in his Batmobile or Batplane to escape; however, on many occasions, Batman has proved that even faced with incredibly powerful foes, even when caught off guard, he is able to emerge victorious. Ironman also doesn't have the same scruples as Batman; Batman won't kill. This is a double-edged sword in this instance for Batman.

very very hard fore my opinion i would just about say DARTH VADER HE HAS ALWAYS BEEN MY FAV!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this is how i explain yoda started of not fight when the character came out but in episode 2 they made yoda fight dooko but count dooko could not fight him much longer so he ran in to his sci-fi space ship and Darth Vader is better the dooko cause the empororr said he would be more powerfull and when anikan had a fight againts obi-one kenobie and obi-one won but the anikan put on the sute and bcame Darth Vader and Vader killed obi-one so throgh all that it is hard to wich is better yoda or Darth Vader i think Darth Vader cause Vader would be to strong of the force and armer yoda may be strong of the force but he has weak skin but i don't think they would ever fight it would be to hard we would be upset either way THIS WAS THE BIGGEST STARWARS FAN SAYING I THINK VADER IS BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In questions such as these, the real answer is that the fight would work out however the person writing the comic book wants it to work out. But I do have an opinion even so. Since Thor is a Norse god, and Ironman is a technologically enhanced person, my inclination is to think that divinity is superior to technology. Thor wins.
