Are seahorses dumb

I dont think so.

We must remember that the human being has the highest intelligence over all life forms in this planet that is why anything tjat doesnt quite meet our expectation or capability some will think it dumb. But i dont think so.

Animals has the primal instinct of survival and way of living that is way different or more pritimive than us. And also because their brain is different from us their thinking is limited to that of just the basics that they need to survive.

Tortoises may have lower abilities than us but as long as they know how think to survive i think thats all that they really ever know how to live.

Sea turtles know everything they need to survive in their environment. Take them out of their environment and they may seem dumb, but so would you if removed from your environment.
