No, rabbits should not eat any processed foods or treat foods made for humans. (Even many treat foods made for rabbits are unhealthy and should be avoided!) A single Cheerio will not harm your rabbit but there's nothing good about your rabbit eating it and a large amount of Cheerios or small amounts over time will likely lead to illness.

Rabbits should eat a diet of lots and lots of hay (unlimited 24/7 access), with some high-quality pellets and fresh greens daily. If they eat too many treats (even safe treats -- see below), they won't eat enough healthy food (particularly hay) and they will likely get sick.

Safe treats to feed rabbits include some fruits and vegetables (like a small bite or two of apple or carrot), some whole grains (like an oat groat or two; please note these are not the same as rolled oats or oatmeal or whole grain breads/crackers!), and some flowers. yes, oats are considered a treat for guinea pigs and rabbits. do not feed them to much as it expands in there stomach and makes them VERY sick. only about 1/2 a tsp should be eaten about a guinea pig a day.

My Guinea Pig's love eating Rolled Oats! It is perfectly harmless, and I tend to add it to their usual dry feed mix for a bit more flavour. It should also give them a bit more energy throughout the day. :)

I would say to not give it to them but if they happen to eat a couple I wouldn't fret.
