The division in the above math was done backwards. If there are 32.06 M&Ms/oz, and an ounce equals 28.35 grams, then the weight of an individual M&M is 28.35/32.06 (NOT 32.06/28.35), so the average weight of an M&M is 0.884grams.

For the calorie minded, the main M&M website says there are 142 calories per ounce of M&M's. So that would work out to 5.01calories/gram, or 4.43 calories per each individual M&M.

After measuring several M&M's, I have found the largest to be 1.05 cm in diameter, and the smallest to be 1.03 cm in diameter, and they have a height of just around 0.4 cm.

This is resulting in a circular circumference between 3.24 cm and 3.3 cm, while either of the convex sides is about 1.2 cm in curved length.
