Actually, yes. It is. It upsets the horses.
Yes, it is illegal to do this in New York.
In Lexington, Kentucky it is, because back in the days when horses and buggys were used, it was a technique used to steal horses because they ate the ice cream from your pocket.
Yes it is, but only in kentucky
false
no
Actually, it is.
yes it is because it is a way to steal horses It is a old law, but it is still in place and is not inforced
Alaska- It is illegal to push a live moose out of a moving airplane Alabama- You cannot have an ice cream cone in your back pocket at any time
Whether its illegal or not, I doubt anyone will prosecute such a stupid law. I would be more worried about sitting down and getting wet, sticky ice cream all over the back of my pants. Besides how are you going to enjoy eatting it before it melts that far from your mouth.
it means their gay
u throw the ice cream at the owner and ride the horse away
because it just temps the fatties to steal it
That is a old law from the 1800s. Its illegal because horse thiefs would put ice cream bars in their back pockets, then they would go up to a horse and would let them smell the sweet ice cream and the horse would follow them into a alley or out of town, then the thief could just jump on the horse and ride away.
No but there is actually a law that says youaren't allowed to put ice cream in your back pocket.
It's called pick pocketing. If someone can do it successfully, then they have achieved a successful pick pocket. picking someones pockets is another way of stealing and is illegal.
It's illegal to stand. If you sit, it needs to be in a properly constructed seat with a seat belt.
I don't have a physical form or a back pocket, so there is nothing in my back pocket.
