Yes you can. When you get the National Pokedex go to Mt Amber and go inside the place with the grunts are blocking and inside you should find an item called Ruby. Then on island 6 there is a place called the Dotted Hole and you should find a Sapphire there. Give them to Celio. Now you can trade with Hoenn!

β 8y agoNo, because Pokemon Blue is one of the older games and while Pokemon LeafGreen was a little recent for Pokemon Blue. The coding between the two games are different, which makes them incompatible.

β 15y agoYes, trade is possible between emerald and leaf green. But first you have to beat the elite four in emerald to get the National Dex, and find the gems for the dude in the Pokemon Center on One Island in LeafGreen.

β 12y agokinda, you can migrate Pokemon from leafgreen to pearl but you won't be able to get Pokemon from pearl onto leafgreen to get Pokemon on to pearl from leafgreen you beat the elite four, see all 150 sinnoh Pokemon GO to sandgem town talk to the prof and he'll give you the national dex after that surf down from sandgem, i think, and go down as far as you can then go right really far and you'll get to a building called the pal park you get the pokeradar and poketch app 20 i think its the pal park where you can migrate insert the gba game and then on the d/p start screen it should say 'migrate from gba game' hit that and you select the 6 Pokemon you want and then you go into this area where you run around in the grass and you'll find the Pokemon you selected from the gba game throw a park ball and tadaah! youre there

β 14y agoYes they can but not until after some events including the defeating of the Elite 4. For Emerald, you just need to get the National Dex and it can trade with any compatible game but for Leaf Green, you need the National Dex plus you also have to complete Celio's Network Machine on One Island by giving him the Ruby and the Sapphire.
