you don't really! sorry to say! I bet u alot of people look up a celebs number every day. you could go on YouTube.com, but it only gives you the fan number. trust me don't even try. me and my friends tride at least 6 celebritys and they were phony. that's why celebritys don't give their number to any of their fans because, some stupid dummy mite go and put it online. so you cant get any famous persons number!

i think you should let people let them call celebrites if they are a really big fan. Anyway i am a HUGE fan of fergie, and it would be awesome if i could meet or even call her. So my suggustion is i think you should let people call celebrites if they are a big fan.

Well there are two ways I could think of:

First way: Say your going to a signing of a famous person(s). You could always make a small book type of thing and somewhere put your number. Remeber they may or may not.

Second way: The internet! Look up,"Liam Paynes' phone number" ( just an example). Do much research try some phone numbers. You might end up with the right one! Again remeber with this one BE CAREFUL and you might not get any good numbers.
