How do you get a master ball in Pokemon XD?

The game only provides you with one, but there is a glitch that lets you use it multiple times. On your first Pokemon's move, you select Items-Balls-Master Ball On your second Pokemon's move, you go to the Master Ball and move it using Y. You can then exit out and do whatever you want to do. On your first Pokemon's turn, you'll throw the Master Ball, but it's still in your backpack. Very handy.

You get the Master Ball from Professor Krane of the Pokemon HQ Lab after you destroy Cipher's Key Lair and travel to Citidark Isle. He will email your PDA to tell you that he wants to give you something special. If you go the HQ Lab and enter the room with the Snag Machine case, you will see Krane there, and he will take you to a secret room which contains the Master Ball.

You can get a 2nd master ball in emerald but it is really unlikely. You must go to the Lilycove Department store and make sure you save. Talk to the receptionist and she will give out prizes to the winning number which must match any of the player's Pokemon id numbers in their party. The lottery numbers are 5 digits. To win 3rd prize the last 2 digits of the lottery number have to match one of your Pokemon's id number and you will win a pp up. To win 2nd prize the last 3 digits of the lottery number have to match one of your Pokemon's id number and you will win a Exp. share. To win 1st prize the last 4 digits of the lottery number have to match one of your Pokemon's id number and you will win a Max revive. To win the "BIG PRIZE" all of the digits of the lottery number have to match one of your Pokemon's id number and you will win a Master Ball.

Additionally, if you are desperate, you could get another game such as another emerald game etc. and give a Pokemon a masterball to hold then trade the Pokemon over to the other game and the master ball will go with it.

If you have seen people with more then 1 Master Ball, they´ve used a hack to clone the Master Ball.
