How do you get axew?

in a cave that is close chargestone cave and driftveil city but if u want one you need surf to get to the entrance

Go to mistralton cave...Note you need surf to go there. Surf on the bridge at route six and then go on land again then surf to the right again. Once your there just catch axew. I suggest to use a regular poke ball. Axew's health is only 75 if you catch it at level 30.

There are 2 possible ways:

1. Catch Axew in Mistralton Cave, evolve it at level 38 into Fraxure then into Haxorus at level 48.

OR

2.Catch Fraxure outside Victory Road and evolve it at level 48 into a Haxorus

then you will encounter wild axews
