How do you find masterball in Pokemon HeartGold?

Professor Elm will give you a Master Ball once you defeat all 8 of the Johto Gym Leaders. Or you can cheat, but that is how you do it normally.
Prof. Elm gives you a masterball, and you can get another one by winning the lottery.
Prof elm gives it to you after progressing through the game.
The master ball is not found in any place but in Professor Elm's Lab. He gives you the master ball after obtaining and beating all eight gyms.

Beat All Gyms in Johto you will get a call from professer oak saying he has something for you he then gives you a master ball and tells you to go and fight the kimono girls wh give youi a clear bell wich you need to catch HO-OH or Lugia or mew-two.

i don't think you can shop for them from where im at but later on you defete the elite four sometime and then you got to fly to your hometown and professer elm gives you 1. Masterball. From where im at you should use it wisely these are rare Pokemon i have found Ho-oh Luigia Snorlax Zapdos Moltres raikou Entei Suicune Mewtwo Latias and maybe some other Pokemon you might want!! you can get only one without cheats. if you have action replay you could get as many masterballs as you like.
You get it from the director after beating Team Rocket in the Radio Tower. You can also get it from the ID number lottery if the number is exactly the same as one of your Pokemons ID number

Go through silph co and find the card key on the fifth floor, use it on floor 3 to use a warp panel that leads to floor 7 then use another warp panel to reach floor 11 defeat the boss rocket then talk to the president of silph co he gives you the master ball.

Once you beat all eight gym leaders, talk to Professor Oak. He will give you a Master Ball as a gift. This special Poke Ball will catch any Pokemon without fail.
