Pupitar Pokemon evolves by leveling up to level 55. It starts out as Larvitar then becomes a Pupitar at level 30, one of the hardest Pokemon to evolve!
Give it Exp. Share to hold, set it as your first Pokemon, switch out when battling it will make it gain level faster. Battle opponents with Vs. Seeker, the best are in Five Island. Give your Pokemon Amulet Coin to hold and the rich lady will give you 19,000 money whenever you defeat her. You do that and before you know it will evolve to Tyranitar! Good luck!

You have to beat the game and then there is a small cave where Wiscash is and go in it. The you go up to the glowing thingy then press A then select Houndour by pressing A the Houndour with become a Houndoom. This will also work on any pokemon that you bring with from the friend place. Then you can evolve them. (Except for the pokemon that have already evolved, can't evolve, are too low of a level, or legendaries.) Yay!
