The second Pokemon League member has ground type Pokemon which your Empoleon or your Leafeon can beat Empoleon can haves these moves : surf,waterfall,ice beam buy it at Velistone City at the dept. store and aqua jet for it can attack first.the third Pokemon league member has fire type Pokemon your Empoleon can beat all his Pokemon he has a infernape lv.55 if you battle him the first time the second time his infernape is lv.71 your Crobat can also beat it with moves like wing attack,fly,aerial ace,and air slash. the last Pokemon league member has psychic Pokemon your Rotom can beat all his Pokemon with these moves shadow ball,thunderbolt,thunder,and confuse ray to confuse the Pokemon. He has a Bronzong it is steel psychic your Rapidash could beat it be careful it has earthquake it will kill your Rapidash. a good competive team consists of all lvl 100s. take out palkia, some people don't like to battle legendaries. get rid of ifernape and staraptor, you already have charizard. then get some kind of fighting, steel, and dragon type Pokemon to replace palkia, staraptor, and infernape. personally i would take out infernape, palkia and staraptor rweplace infernape wit magnezone replace staraptor wit crobat or salemence and replace palkia wit gliscor gliscor is weak against water or ice since ground nor electric type move effect it crobat or salemence both have levitate but each learn different moves crobat learns mostly poision type moves whille salemence learns dragon and fire type moves both can learn hyper beam also crobat is much faster than salamence but salemence has a better attack also magnezone is cool cause only 3 types really effect it fire, fighting, and ground but if you use magnet rise then ground moves wont effect it for 5 turns all the other types wont effect him that much hyper beam only does about a quarter of his hp[
