Moria
All Dwarven realms are underground but the one I think you are referring to are the Mines of Moria, Khazad-dum. It was destroyed and abandoned when the Dwarves woke up the Balrog. Other popular Dwarven realms are in Erebor, Iron Hills, Blue Mountains (and after the War of the Ring, the Glittering caves where Gimli was the lord).
The dwarf character is called Gimli and the actor is John Rhys-Davies.
Rivendell, Lothlorien, Valinor, and the woodland realm of Mirkwood.
The fictional kingdom in Lord of the Rings is called Rohan and its located in Middle-earth. The author of the book is J. R. R. Tolkien and has been made into a movie series.

Liv Tyler plays elven lady Arwen Undomiel in The Lord of the Rings trilogy. Arwen is the beloved of Aragorn and rescuer of Frodo from the Ringwraiths in the movie.Note: Arwen is not a princess as her father is not a king, but the lord of the hidden valley of Imladris.
No, Sauron is. Addendum: This is explicitly stated in Rivendell. After Frodo recovers from his shoulder wound, he is greeted as "the Lord of the Ring" by Pippin. Gandalf, who is also present, immediately rebukes Pippin for using that term and states that the only lord of the ring is Sauron. Frodo might be able to resist the power of the ring, but ultimately, he could never master the One Ring.
He was as noble and as fair in face as an elf-lord, as strong as a warrior, as wise as a wizard, as venerable as a king of dwarves, and as kind as summer. It talks about the elf lord Elrond.
Some of the hobbits in The Lord of the Rings (Frodo, Sam, and Bilbo) live in Hobbiton, which is a town in the Shire. Merry and Pippin live in other places in the Shire. There are dozens of other villages in the Shire in the maps provided by Tolkien where hobbits dwell, as well as the hobbits that live in Bree and surrounding places.

Galadriel
The Elf prince with a ponytail in Lord of the Rings is called Legolas. He was played by Orlando Bloom and became a very popular and famous character in the movie.
If you mean the elf in Lord of the Rings, her full name is Arwen Evenstar.
Elf or in plural form the Elves.
If, by "the elves's" you mean Glorfindel, the elf lord sent from Rivendell to find Frodo and company, then his horse's name was Asfaloth.
