What level does Lampent evolve at?

Sorry bud, chandelure isnt in the game by vannila standards. He takes a dusck stone. I had the same problem and nearly threw a small child at the wall when he didnt evolve

Lampent evolves from a dusk stone. You can get a dusk stone in Mistralton Cave. You'll need strength and flash recommended.

You need a Dusk Stone or an Oval Stone. You can find it after you defeat the elite four somewhere on the right of the map, I dont remember where though.

Lampent can't be evolved into Chandelure by leveling up. You will have to give it a Dusk Stone to evolve it. Hope I helped :)
