first of all goku and naruto are from different shows, Naruto from Naruto, goku from Dragon Ball Z. so if they were to become friends it would be highly impossible because they are from to different show and both main characters. so yeah technically it is impossible for both of them to meet eachother.

∙ 13y agoVegeta was chasing Krillin (who was unaware of Vegeta's nearby presence altogether) because Krillin had a Dragon Ball. Having found their hiding spot, Vegeta sets up a bargain, the dragonball or Krillin and Bulma's lives. They all knew that either way, he'd end up taking the dragon ball.

∙ 12y agoWell they really have never been friends but they do have a friendly rivaly. It probably started after frieza killed vegeta, it showed a little trust between them.And also when super saiyan/power is involved.
yeah but they really start shown that there friends in the fusion saga and some of the buu saga but mostly in the fusion saga if you see the Japanese episode 275 you will know what am talking about
