How do you catch Legendary Dogs in Pokemon FireRed?

you can't catch them on this game only the game they're originally from

but you can also capture them in HeartGold or SoulSilver and trade it to your diamond

They roam Kanto (as you probably know), so the best advice I can offer is to go to a spot where you are at the border of two routes that you know have grass in them, or a border between a city and a grassy route. go into the route and check the pokedex entry for the Pokemon you are looking for (requires you to have seen the Pokemon) and if it is in that route look around for it. It'll only be there for one or two battles, so if you miss it just repeat these steps.
