First of all you must now that you can get this mega stone only in pokemon x. If you have pokemon x, then go to Lumiose City and talk to a taxi driver. Then select shopping and then stone emporium. He will drive you there. When you enter the building talk to the man in the up left. He can sell you Charizardite, Venusaurite and Blastoisite. At start it'll be very expensive but as time goes by and you become more stylish (buy new clothes from shops) his price will be going lower and lower.

∙ 9y agoIn the event of you starting with Torchic in Pokémon Omega Ruby or Alpha Sapphire then you will be given the Blazikenite once you get to Route 120 otherwise you will need to make your way to Route 114 which is to the west of Fallarbor Town and find the Salesman by the body of water there that will be selling 2 of the Hoenn Starter Pokémon's Mega Stones, the two of which that you didn't start with.
