After entering the Safari Zone, take Exit A in the east (http://www.psypokes.com/rby/walkthrough/safari1.png).

Now you enter Area 1. in this area you need to reach the top Exit B in the west (http://www.psypokes.com/rby/walkthrough/safari2.png).

You enter Area 2 : take the most left Exit E in the south (http://www.psypokes.com/rby/walkthrough/safari3.png).

You'll enter Area 3, the final Area, where the Secret House is located (it is the house left) [http://www.psypokes.com/rby/walkthrough/safari4.png].

Now talk to the man inside that house. He will give you HM03 (Surf).

HM03 Surf can be found in Ecruteak City. There's a building with 5 kimono girls. If you beat all 5 of them, an old man in the building will give you the HM.
