It could be either of these two reasons:

1. It’s speculated that Joanna went on and talked about their non-existent sex life during an interview of some sort and Jensen went on to break up with her.

2. It is also rumoured that Jensen had walked in on Joanna and another man, so she was cheating on him and he broke it off.

PS. I personally think the 2nd reason would make more sense since the 1st one could’ve easily been talked out and cleared up, but that’s just what I think.
