Why did drew seeley replaced Zac Efron in high school musical the concert-?

Drew Seeley sung some of the higher notes in "Troy Bolton's" songs in HSM, but Zac Efron also had a part in singing. He is a baritone singer and therefore wasn't required to sing the high notes. However, the real reason why Zac Efron was unable to attend the concert, as clarified by the rest of the HSM crew, is because he was shooting for his new movie Hairspray at the time, therefore Drew Seeley replaced him. In HSM2 Zac sings all his parts, as he does in Hairspray, and if the reason why he wasn't at the concert was really because he didn't sing, then he could easily have lip synched or sang alongside Drew Seeley. It's all lies. He was simply pre-occupied in a film shoot. But you can tell in HSM that drew seeley's voice was mixed with zac's and in HSM2 it was tottalllllly different. Zac voice isn't that bad. I wonder why they replace Zac with Drew voice. I think they want Zac because he kind of have a great voice, and a good basket ball player. Plus, the movie is about basket ball and singing. For my sugession, I think Drew not good with basket ball.
Zac is a good singer but he only sang in HMS 2 & 3 but in HSM 1 I think Drew seeley sang and the mixed them together.
I think it was because Zac was doing Hairspray and all that stuff...
