Now, let's get serious. There are no aliens known to exist, just a bunch of anecdotes, and no matter how high you stack anecdotes, they never become evidence. We hope there is other life out there, and we consider it likely. But someone has to be the first form of intelligent life in the universe, and there is no evidence that it isn't us.
Halley's Comet was last seen in our solar system in 1986. It appears approximately every 75-76 years, so the next predicted sighting is around 2061.
The last official sighting of Mothman was reported on January 11, 1967. It was supposedly seen hovering over the Silver Bridge in Point Pleasant, West Virginia. Speculations arose that Mothman appears before upcoming disasters and attempts to warn people of them. After the collapse of the Silver Bridge which killed 46 people, Mothman was never seen again.

The first widely reported UFO sighting took place in 1947 in Roswell, New Mexico, when a rancher discovered debris on his property which some believe to be from an alien spacecraft. However, the incident was later explained by the U.S. military as a weather balloon.
The last sighting was in 2004.
That event has not yet happened.

The last recorded sighting of a Tasmanian wolf, more correctly known as a Thylacine, and also as a Tasmanian tiger, was in 1936.
An alien report sighting can be reported to the local media or to NASA. Often times sightings can be found to be a fraud and will be put aside for more important tasks.
