If you're asking about structures that may be visible to the eye under a light microscope after staining (or some other contrast enhancing technique), DNA as a single strand would be too small to see (would need to be magnified 1 million times to be a millimeter thick), but it's larger organizational structure, called chromatin, might be visible. It could also be the nuclear lamina, a network of threadlike proteins creating a structural scaffolding under the surface of the nuclear bi-membrane.
