Food stamps can only be used to purchase food for human consumption and seeds and plants to grow food for household use.

They cannot be used to purchase food that will be eaten or heated in the store. There are some exceptions to this rule, but they're intended to cover low-cost soup kitchen type programs operated by the county, not Taco Bell.
