It may or may not, depends how severe it is. I was diagnosed with HPV after the birth of my daughter almost 7 years ago. I am now a month away from delivering my son. There may be some complications though. I was admitted to the hospital at 28 weeks due to early labor. My doctor said it was because my cervix was shorter than normal due to the numerous coposcopys they did to remove the abnormal cells. Good Luck

∙ 15y agoYes you can still get pregnant with HPV and herpes. Neither causes sterility. You will need to discuss your condition with your doctor and if there is any danger of the baby coming into contact with the virus during birth you may opt for a caesarian.
