In theory but hardly likely. Saliva doesn't carry lots of the virus and it has the ability to neutralize most of it.
Using the logic that kissing or french kissing does not pose a risk then eating out should follow suit. Just make sure you dont have blood oozing from your mouth or an STI and you should be fine.
