When are you able to squeeze pre-milk out your breast?

im 4 months and 4 days and i was seeing little wet spots on my nipples then i sqeezed and clear water looking stuff came out not only was it jsut because i thought it was milk cause its coming out of my breast i thought it was premilk because of the texture

you get breast milk mostly when you are reagent because it is very usual to feed your baby your milk when it comes out but before Any of that the Doctor will tell you what kind of milk you should give your baby so it does not get ill.

However, you should NOT pump before you are considered full term, as pumping simulates breastfeeding, which in turn causes your uterus to contract. The contraction of the uterus by way of nipple stimulation (breastfeeding/pumping) can cause you to go into Pre-Term labor, before your baby is ready to be born.
